My Philosophy |I want you to put (more) of your money towards what matters.
That’s why I don’t charge you fees.
Most mortgage lenders collect two sets of fees—one from you at closing, and another from the loan servicer who takes over after the loan has closed. As an independent mortgage broker, I don’t. I waive all lender-side fees for my clients, which can potentially save you thousands at closing time—the cost of hiring movers, buying a fridge, or setting up your new space.
When every dollar counts, that difference matters. My goal is to secure not only the best loan terms in Texas, but the best overall value, so you can start your next chapter with less stress and more financial security.
